Freedom Financial Consulting is a division of Freedom Financial Advisors, LLC.  We are a diversified financial services firm focused on helping institutions, Corporations, and Individuals manage financial resources in a compliant and fiduciary capacity. We perform consulting services in the areas of retirement plans, mergers and acquisitions and plan fiduciary guidance. DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN

Over the past 15 years, managing a Defined Contribution plan has become more complex with many Federal Law changes to ERISA, and non- ERISA plans. Plan Sponsors must manage numerous responsibilities for all types of Defined Contributions plans, including 401(k), 403(b}457b, SEP, and Simple plans, we make sure you comply win the ever-changing regulations through the required fiduciary process. We take the responsibility of reviewing RFPs, and making recommendations to the plan sponsor, on the most proper plan that fits their needs, to ensure full compliance is met and all specifications, of investments, pricing, enrollment, onsite representatives, and the rating of each company.

EDUCATION PLANNING

For over 100 years of combined experience, Freedom Financial Consulting, has been working with higher education planning, from actual onsite enrolling to full integration of plans, to the implementation of plans. We do consulting of your plans through the RFP process, reviewing and recommending a plan for you; including supervising the record keeper, managing costs, reviewing investments, recommending which plan meets your needs as a fiduciary as required by law.

DEFINED BENEFIT PLAN

As a Defined Benefit (Pension) plan sponsor you face some of the most regulated ERISA rules, changing actuarial, and management of the assets and expenses of your plan. We partner with you to develop your plans to go forward and how to maximize a frozen Defined Benefit plan to meet the needs of the employees upon retirement.

Employer Provider Search Services:   At a minimum, plan sponsors need to be able to turn to an
advisor for assistance with conducting a due-diligent vendor-selection process. We have established
an efficient process to secure proposals and to uniformly and objectively evaluate proposals from
quality providers. For larger plans, we will help assemble a request for proposal. This is a
detailed set of questions sent to prospective service providers about process, controls, size,
service offerings, etc., that is used as a tool to analyze the marketplace and to leave a
documented ‘due diligence’ paper trail.

Employer Level Services:    Plan sponsors need assistance meeting their fiduciary responsibilities
managing the plan administration; fee analysis and the portfolio design, investment selection, and
ongoing monitoring process. For example, while you may have an investment policy statement in
place, the real question is, “What are you doing with it?” We will assist you in establishing an
effective Investment Policy Statement and help you to adhere to the regulations set forth in the
policy. A plan sponsors’ need for effective investment consulting will only increase as the
industry continues to move to an “open architecture” operating environment. It is imperative that
plan sponsors fulfill this responsibility to protect their interest while providing an efficient
and effective retirement plan program for their employees.

Employee Level Services:   Plan sponsors know that good employee education–especially the old
fashioned kind of sitting down with employees can make a real difference in the overall success of
a plan. Employees are routinely living paycheck to paycheck, struggling to contribute a meaningful
amount into their plan and are often overwhelmed by the excessive investment choices provided to
them. What they’ re looking for is someone to educate them into signing up for the plan, to coach
them to save a meaningful amount, and to provide education support with appropriate asset
allocation. We believe we will add tremendous value at this critical iunction
